What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unopened and unused herbal products within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any herbal products that have been opened or used.

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a refund or exchange.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service fee.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings.
