Who is behind Essentia Being™?
Essentia Being™ was founded by Kiara, NBCHT Credentialed Colon Hydrotherapist, I-ACT Certified Colon Hydrotherapy Professional, and Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach.
Kiara is dedicated to empowering others on their personal wellness journeys with a focus on digestive care, mindful cleansing, and holistic living.
Are there products I need to purchase?
We offer a selection of retail products; however, there is never any obligation to purchase. During your visit, your therapist may suggest options to complement your self-care routine based on your preferences. All products are thoughtfully selected to meet our standards of quality and care.
Are your products organic?
We use high-quality, organic, and natural ingredients in our wellness products, thoughtfully crafted to support your self-care rituals with purity and intention.
Are your products tested on animals?
Essentia Being™ is proudly committed to cruelty-free practices. We do not engage in any animal testing.
Where are your products made?
Our products are thoughtfully handcrafted in small batches in the United States to ensure quality and care in every creation.

Do you offer samples of your products?
At this time, we do not offer samples. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and strive to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
How long does shipping take?

Do you offer international shipping?
We’re happy to offer international shipping! Shipping rates are calculated based on your location at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) and PayPal for online orders. For in-person services and product purchases, we accept credit cards, cash, and checks.
A 4% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions. Cash and most checks are accepted with no additional fee.
Why do I need to provide a credit card when booking an appointment?
A credit card is required to hold your appointment reservation. While full pre-payment is not always required, first-time clients may be asked to provide a deposit of up to 50% of the scheduled service.
How much should I tip for each service?
Gratuities are always appreciated but entirely at your discretion. Guests who wish to tip typically offer 15%–20% to their therapist.
Cash is preferred for gratuities. Please note that tips cannot be processed on credit cards or checks. Many therapists also accept Venmo.
What happens if I arrive late to my appointment?
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you arrive late, we may not be able to provide the full service time, but we will do our best to accommodate you during the remaining time.
If needed, we’re happy to assist with rescheduling; a $30 fee may apply.
Can I share a package with a family member?
Package sessions are non-transferable and must be used by the individual they were purchased for. At this time, packages cannot be shared.
Can I purchase gift certificates?
Yes, gift certificates are available and make a thoughtful gift for any occasion. They may be purchased online or in person and can be used toward services and products.
Gift certificates must be presented at the time of use and are valid according to the terms listed at purchase.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unopened and unused herbal products within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any herbal products that have been opened or used.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a refund or exchange.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings.
